Apryl was unable to be selected as she failed to impress the jury. Later, she was introduced to one of the artists who was to the stage as a backup singer. Both decided to be part of the popular VH1 TV show Hollywood, becoming one the eight original cast actors. First season explores the pregnancy and birth of Megaa Grandberry. Insecurities and struggles in her professional life are discussed in season two. Omarion's tour prevented him from joining the recording for the reunion of season two. Apryl revealed the couple had quit the series on December 7, 2015. They won't return for the next season. Apryl was pregnant with their daughter, A'mei Kasuko Grandberry born on March 7th, 2016. A few months later, Apryl and Omarion broke up. Apryl would make a guest appearance in season four meeting together with Lil' Fizz discuss a possibility of a B2K reunion. Apryl's return to season six focuses on her custody dispute in the custody battle with Omarion. Also, it focuses on the media attention and speculation regarding Lil' Fizz's romance. In season six of Apryl the two of them Fizz confess to having an affair, which leads to her conflict with Moniece.
