Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is part of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
